Hi guys!

This is my first Sims 3 legacy. I’ll try to be brief.

The masterpieces that inspired me were StarSarah’s Shenston, Seraphine and Starr legacies and also Sim Goddess’ Sims 2 legacy, Shadows and Blood, which I read and reread. I do not hope to achieve that level but I hope someone will read this and like it enough.

For those of you who don’t already know what this is about, the legacy means starting off with a single sim and working your way to the 10th generation. I will not record my legacy points because I will not exactly follow the challenge rules, due to the following reasons:

• my computer is very slow, in fact it should not even support the game with all the expansions I have installed. Sims 3 runs badly and I have to choose small maps to be able to play with reasonable graphics.
• I am new to this legacy thing; though I read many, this is my first try at actually writing one.
• I want to be able to do whatever I want with the game.
• I do not like rules.

So, now.

I am not trying to create a movie/book/fairytale out of this, I just play the game, take pictures and develop a story based on them, and not the other way around.

The legacy map is a tiny island named Sunhaven, which I downloaded, but heavily altered. I had changed the buildings, retextured them, built new ones, to make it suitable for my purposes. It is a great world and I like it a lot.

I created most of my Sim neighbours, not wanting to end up with whatever the game sees fit, but, being lazy, the created sims are mostly downloaded ones, again some heavily modified.

I use a lot of custom content.

I do not know how often I will be able to post here, so please be patient with me. I work, I have a boyfriend, a life… and I sleep a lot.

I want to apologize for my use of english. I am from Romania and english is not my native language, so please excuse my bad writing. Bad, bad grammar.

I write long chapters, 50 photos each. I also put the description first and the picture second. All this because I like it. I do not capitalize the titles because we don’t do so in romanian and it’s a little weird for me.

UPDATE: The chapters are now split into pages!

I hope this covers it.

And… WARNING! This legacy might contain nudity, violence, foul language, stuff like that, I don’t know yet what it will contain, but it could be anything. Sims-like, of course, which in my opinion is kinda like not being there, but still.

If you’re easily offended, or likely to be, please have in mind everything written above and do not complain afterwards.
