Man, Marit has got issues! Poor Gia – she’s trying so hard to be a good parent and a good wife; I think her life would be a lot easier if she didn’t ever have to worry about attending or throwing another party. LOL
All of the kids are so cute!

Now, the thing with the parties is not entirely my doing; people on this island throw and crash parties like crazy. I just attend them when I can and throw the occasional birthday party, as I find that my sims' interactions create a nice storyline.
I really find the kids to be very ugly though =)) I don't know how other people get cute ones. The Sims 2 has far better looking children. But! As Marit, Alexandra and Korn grow up, they look far, far better (I have played the next chapter or so, and I've seen them).
Sergio? :-?? He just… died. I got a message stating that he's dead, blah blah. Pretty stunned myself! He was barely a teen. Do not worry, Marit wasn't really affected ingame, cuz they haven't had the chance to get so close. But, people love a little drama! :))
Maybe I'll go look for his grave at the mausoleum, take it and plant it in my yard for a while. His ghost's colour may give me a clue about how he died (in Sims 3, ghosts are coloured according to how they died: grey/basic for old age, blue with water dripping for drowning, purple for starvation, orange with flames for fires, yellow with lightning bolts for electrocution, plain orange for meteor strike, dark red for dead vampire).
Oh, okay! I sort of forget that Sims in Sims 3 do stuff without you (which is one reason I never could get into – I micromanage my Sims to the point where some of them aren’t even allowed to use the toilet without my input). Wow… so he just died. I didn’t know if was part of the story (Mystery! Intrigue! Unexplained Death!) or what. Let me know what he died from, as I am curious now. LOL
I don’t know about you, but I freaking hate throwing parties for my Sims. I can only have a successful party if I invite ONE guest and then have my party-thrower attend to their every need. Blah. I don’t know how you can stand it! LOL But I like that you add it to your storyline. Adds some drama. 🙂

Meh, whenever I go to a party and use the facilities I mostly get kicked out, so when others come to mine doing the same thing I throw them out too. Don’t give a rat’s ass about how they think my party is, as long as they don’t behave. Hahaa.
I’ll find out how Sergio died for sure, and share it.
Hey, if you’re worried about the kids looking a bit weird, try taking pictures of them in-game as opposed to in mirror mode. If you press tab you can zoom in close to their faces, and sometimes they look better in-game. It’s really only the vanilla toddlers that look cute… and I know a lot of people don’t like vanilla faces in their games. xD Anyway, the legacy is going super well! I can’t wait for the heir poll. Alexandra all the way. 😀

What a crazy party! I cant believe Sergio died. Maybe it was a meteor or an accident with an appliance.
I have no idea what killed him. As I said to SimGodess, I searched for his tombstone at the mausoleum (I know townies sometimes put their dead there), but nothing’s inside. I would like to find out though, but I dread searching for it over at the Greens.
